to Certification

We take the guess work out of hiring by providing a proven recruiting and certification process that works so well, we guarantee it.

Recruitment and Screening Process

All of our candidates go through the same process to ensure quality results.


We cover all the important details:
 

  • TESTING

    Each candidate is fully tested in written and basic maths skills. We evaluate each candidate’s verbal communication and ability to solve problems as required by the role. Customer facing roles are held to higher standards than back-office employees.
     

  • DISC PROFILE FOR EACH CANDIDATE

    We will provide a DISC profile for each candidate for your review.
     

  • CLEAR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

    All virtual employees are screened for a clean national criminal background check. (Similar to a DBS check.) We know that your intellectual property and your data needs to be handled with extreme care.
     

  • INTERNET SPEED & TECHNOLOGY CONFIRMATION OF CANDIDATES

    A great virtual employee is only as good as their technology. Internet speeds will be a minimum of 5 mbps. Candidates will also have a minimum computer technology. You will be provided a screenshot of their internet speed as well as declaration of their in-home equipment.
     

  • CURATION OF TOP 3 CANDIDATES

    Our amazing partners at HireSmart carry out all of the checks and personally curate suitable candidates for each client role. In addition, they attend every client interview to ensure it goes smoothly. We provide you with sample questions and why these questions are valuable. They  also deconstruct every candidate to showcase the value each one brings to the role.

Training and Certification

  • 30 MINUTE CONSULT/ EVALUATION OF CLIENT FOR TECHNOLOGY & READINESS

    To make sure our clients have thought of everything, we like to review their current technology to make sure everything is in place before the virtual employee starts with the client. We provide options and best practices to help.
     

  • TRAINING MAP

    We provide a timeline of training for your new virtual employee so that you are all set once they transition from certification to your in-house training.
     

  • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    We will provide you with our evaluation tools – everything from our daily reports, to performance reviews. We will also guide you through the process to create your own KPIs & metrics.
     

  • TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

    A dedicated team at HireSmart, our onboarding and training partners, work with your selected candidate for 40 hours of training. It is through this extensive time together, we are able to fully evaluate them and their performance. There is about a 12% failure rate from this class.

    You are able to feel confident that they are ready to tackle your work. This piece of the program weeds out non-communicators and poor performers, similar to a 1 week on the job working interview. This provides our clients peace of mind and a quicker ROI.

  • TOP 3 TASKS IDENTIFIED

    Once you have your top 3 tasks, we can clearly develop a hiring profile to ensure you have the very best results. After evaluating hundreds of success placements and scrutinizing each failure, we have this down to a science.
     

  • SAMPLE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

    We provide you with sample questions and why these questions are valuable. Because of the vetting process, you only need 6-8 laser focused questions to pick your top candidate.
     

  • POLICY/PROCEDURE MANUAL TEMPLATE

    A policy & procedure manual provides the rules you want your virtual employee to follow. It is fully customizable with the information you need to be communicated upfront. When your virtual employee knows what is expected, they can perform better.
     

  • ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS
    We provide a roadmap of success for onboarding your virtual employee. This will help you layout your training, your technology, and your interactions with your new hire.
